Magical Raptor Claw [Porter to Raptor TF] — Description

Finally, the First Raptor TF is here! I've working so hard in 4 Days!

In a desert day, Porter digs a big hole for dinosaur fossil to make a new species of Raptor. Until then, he hit something hard, it's a raptor claw he's waiting for. In order to pick it up, he realizes that this claw is something different. It's blue and glowing until it flashes out of the existence.
After that, he scratches, until he felt uncomfortable with his clothes and ripped it out. He realizes that it's dark grey scales and blue feathers spreading from his body. His hands merged into 3 digits with claws. His feet shifted and gained a elongated taloned toe. He grows a tail out of his boxers. His face changes while his teeth sharpens. He becomes his Raptor himself.
After the transformation, he can't speak to his own words at all, instead he uses his screeching and chittering noises. He questioned why the claw changed him.
